The Ice Dogs will face off against the Gamecocks in a first round double-header of the SECHC playoffs at 8:00pm on Friday, February 25 at The ICE. Florida will play Tennessee in the nightcap. The Georgia hockey team faces two tough rivals this weekend. Friday night, Georgia takes on the Tennessee in a game that will determine final standings in the SECHC East. Saturday night brings the Yellowjackets to Duluth for a showdown between the rivals that could have ACHA National ranking implications for both teams.

Georgia defeated South Carolina 5-3 and Emory University 10-1this past weekend. The wins improve Georgia’s record to 7-10 on the season, winning 4 out of 5 games in January.
